The Birchall Tea range from Imporient Tea UK, has a history dating back to 1872, when Captain Birchall George Graham and brother Robert Fuller Graham used their savings to plant tea in Darjeeling after Birchall had been posted in India with the Duke of Wellington’s Regiment.
Over 140 years after Birchall Graham began planting tea, his family continue the unbroken tea tradition he started. The present generation of the Graham family continue to produce and trade tea across international markets and the youngest members represent the fifth generation.
